Here and in our stores we only sell NZ produced food products with ingredients sourced wherever possible from New Zealand farms and growers. We blend the best of international flavours and techniques with quality NZ ingredients and produce some of the best quality food in the World. We believe NZ is the gourmet food basket for the World. The NZ Farm Co store is the showcase for quality NZ Artisan food producers. Every week more and more quality products are added to the NZ Farm Co range. As well as stocking other food producers products at NZ Farm Co we also make and sell all our own fresh sausages, continental sausages, salami, bacon, ham, pies, biltong, dried sausage and specialty cuts of meat - to name just a few of the products we make. The important thing is we ONLY use NZ meat.

Our New Zealand pork is sourced from ethical farmers that share our own standards of excellent animal welfare. We only stock pork from farms that have been independently audited and passed the New Zealand PigCare Audit.

Like our beef our Lamb is free range, pasture fed and from NZ. Unlike mass producers we take the time to correctly prepare and age our products - this leads to a product that is lean, tender and juicy.

All the NZ Farm Co Fresh Sausage range is made by us in small batches using fresh NZ meat that we have cut, trimmed and aged ourselves. The NZ Farm Co Fresh Sausage range recipes have been handed down through three generations.

  

All the NZ Farm Co Salami range is made by us in our Browns Bay factory located at 48a Anzac Rd – it is not made somewhere else and sold under our label but it is actually made by us in small batches using NZ meat.
